In 2007 three agents from Den Baldwin, Jacob Maguire along with Richard Morgan, made the successful bid to open the Bunbury Harcourts branch.
Their doors opened April 2nd 2007, and since then they have grown to a team of seventeen sales, property management and support staff.
Although Harcourts started in 1888 and joined forces with the Roy Weston group in 2005 and more recently have done the Joint Venture with Landmark.
