Bunbury’s Market Wrap Up For 1/4 ending Feb 1
270 Residential homes sold across the Bunbury postcode during the 1/4.
47 blocks sold, priced from $79,000.
On the other end was 67 acres for 1.9 million
Bunbury’s medium sales price for the month was around $350,000

Bunbury has recorded a lower sales volume than the past but interestingly the sales data does not show a huge reduction of sales values.
12 sales in total were recorded by REIWA the most affordable being a 3×1 home in Stockley Rd South Bunbury, it sold for $360,000. The highest sale amount went to a 4×2 home in Moondah Parade Dalyellup which sold for $425,000. Historically sales volumes do increase heading into the warmer months so we should see a spike in sales throughout the Bunbury area leading to Christmas.
