Rebecca developed her keen interest in Real Estate and successfully worked in the role of Business Development Officer, in Victoria, taking the award for highest growth in a quarter. Harcourts APG recognised her skills, where she has quickly progressed to Head of the Property Management Department. Rebecca’s knowledge, not just of the Residential Tenancies Act and Real Estate and Business Agents Act, hand on experience and life skills have been a welcoming attribute to Harcourts APG Team

Deborah Van Der Laan – Business Development Officer

With 10 years background in Property Management and a Registered Property Manager, Deb has a wealth of experience to ensure you have all your questions answered , ensure your legal obligations are in place and prepare your documentation . Deb will ensure your property is ready to receive the maximum exposure and ensure the property is let with quality tenants whilst gaining you the best possible rental price with in the current market

Hayley Young – Senior Property Manager

With over 24 years experience. Hayley originates from Kalgoorlie/Boulder where she spent 12 years in real estate. 10 of those years purely property management. Then deciding to move to Perth , Hayley managed properties both north and south of the river for 4 years. After wanting a sea change Hayley moved to Bunbury and has been managing properties for the past 8 years. Hayley knows what her clients require when managing their investment.

Christine Madaffari- Residential Property Manager

Christine has been both active in Sales and Property Management, having gained 10 years within this industry Christine is both proactive and enjoys all things Real Estate.

Regan Caruana- Residential Property Manager

Before joining the team at Harcourts, Regan worked for a Community Housing Organisation, which has given her the skills and ability in intensive tenant management, conflict resolution and dealing with difficult situations. Natasha Blakiston – Residential and Commercial Property Manager

Started working in the industry as a Receptionist 15 years ago and obtained Certificate I, II & III in Business Office Administration. After showing an interest in Property Management she went on to Complete her Registration while working as an Assistant. Natasha left the industry to start a family and had short career in Retail but has since returned to Harcourts. Since her commencement, Natasha has refreshed her Property Management Skills , including re-registration, completed her Sales Registration whilst taking on the role of our Commercial Property Manager

Rhonda Braid – Inspections Officer

Rhonda Braid has been both active in Sales and Property Management, having gained 10 years within this industry Rhonda is both proactive and enjoys all things Real Estate. Rhonda conducts our routine property inspections and has a keen eye for detail

Rebecca Mclean – Property Management Assistant

Recently returned after having a break from Property Management to explore different experiences. She is very happy to be back in the role of Property Management Assistant and assist the Property Managers with PM documentation and clerical duties . Rebecca hopes to follow her passion and graduate into the role of a full time Property Manager in the future.
