F112 sales in total were recorded by REIWA the most affordable being a 3×1 home in Stockley Rd South Bunbury, it sold for $360,000. The highest sale amount went to a 4×2 home in Moondah Parade Dalyellup which sold for $425,000. Historically sales volumes do increase heading into the warmer months so we should see a spike in sales throughout the Bunbury area leading to Christmas.
